In some cases, they don't care as long as you don't hack the game on stream, but there are other perms. Like both Kson and Nazuna needed certain perms to play MGSV, and I know off the top of my head that for games like FGO, you can't play the story beyond a certain section on stream
I was reading Ciconia no Naku Koro Ni in my spare time and that game actually has a built in warning telling streamers to not go beyond a certain part, which is another type of "perm"

It doesn't really matter at this point, but the situation was communicated to management and proof was provided. Management initially assured that he would be removed, but the only thing that really happened was he didn't show up to TL for her for 1 or 2 months before things just went back to normal. Management never followed through on doing anything further and Nazuna eventually stopped streaming regularly anyways. Even putting Nazuna's soft-graduation aside, there's only one person out of the original group of mods who even still supports Mikeneko at this point, so it was wasted effort in more ways than one.
