I used to watch normal twitch streamers then I started watching vtubers and realized vtubers put more effort and schedule their content a lot more.

I really didnt watch streamers before. Now and then I would check out Twitch for a couple games I liked but not often. I got exposed to Hololive thought it was some new anime and looked it up on Youtube. I ended up liking the idea of the company full of cute girls with gimmicks that could all be playing games together

As retarded as this sounds, after seeing multiple clips of Mio throwing up, I thought that vtubers weren't as fake as normal twitch streamers.
This is after years of avoiding any sort of twitch streamer even after being a huge leaguefag in it's prime. I always thought that watching streamers was weird and a waste of time that could be used better if you played the game instead. But now I spend my days watching streams VODs, and reading /vt/ all day

Why would I watch normal streamers, retarded newfaggot? Pewdiepie and the other homos always seemed like massive faggots to me. Assmongoloid, Styx666, Metokur and the other whatevers are just super fucking gay and retarded. The only youtuber who I don't think is so faggoty is Boogie and that's only because that fat 50yo manchild's antics make for funny memes plus zyzz died at 21 while boogie just keeps going. Streaming is retarded, which is why it baffles me so many "random 40 year old white guy in a dimly lit room plays counter strike while loudly commentating and maybe his faggot friend is there too and sometimes his wife brings him chippies" have large audiences and stable incomes.
