The spreadsheet exists because this behavior has been seen since the first year. It's an autism thing. Kronii couldn't handle the pressure of interacting with a Hololive-sized chat so she picks a couple of people to engage with so she could just play games and glance to see if [Kronie] said anything to respond. People who don't superchat or do other outside engagements with Kronii like Pluviam Ambulare and BlackKnight03 have seen their interactions with Kronii fall off over the past year. They still get read, but not as often and it just shows that money talks more and more these days if you want to enjoy Kronii's undivided attention.
It would have really helped if Kronii followed the basic rule for chats where you treat everyone as a single entity. But that's not going to happen given how she acted tonight. And people shouldn't feign being shocked when the section of chat that's not on the spreadsheet resents the members that are, even if they do superchat and show up every day as well.
Tonight was probably the worst I've ever seen Kronii give attention to one person in chat since the superchat catch up with useful as ueue. And if you were here for that you know what happened during the very next stream.
