The Phase wards do exist, it's just a silly end of the year awards ceremony internal to Phase Connect, where the members vote who was the most lewd (Uruka), best team player (Pippa), sweatiest gamer (Michiru), most seiso (Iori?), etc. They do that voting themselves, and then just present the results in some stream on December 30th or close to the new year. Last year I think Remi was one of the hosts, and this year maybe Dizzy hosts as well.
