Pretty much yea, actual paramedic work is basically sitting around in the hospital waiting for someone to get hurt so you can drive/fly there, spend 10 seconds reviving them while making small talk and head back to the hospital. A bunch of people spent 3 or 4 days doing that and decided they'd rather change to one of the roles with actual agency. Roberu makes it work because chilling at the hospital with the other medics and making small talk with a ton of random injured people is basically the ideal Roberu experience in this type of server but it isn't for everyone.

One night, he and his gangmates tried stealing from Castle Crystale's kitchens, but the guards caught em. Izuru was left behind as bait and soon, King Yagoo was on the scene. Sensing the hard times the young Izuru had fallen on, he adopted him, later becoming a Guardian. Along the way, he was honed to be a master spy.

Yes, there are supports. A unit can only support 7 people in the cast. One of which is Aruran. Another would be Suisei.

His class is Thief. Nimble, but weak in atk power. Uses swords and daggers. Can use Lockpicks to unlock doors and chests. Can steal items from enemies.

I actually didnt know his days as a busker nor what the word means. I do know that he's quite adaptable outdoors and in other locales, basing from the few clips of WachaStars I watched with him in it.
