The chair thing was a just a funny rrat that went viral although it was very oddly timed, so it's not entirely disproven. (At best) it was a shared family computer chair with stains, which had multiple years worth of flip ass (in tropical weather) on it. She often streamed in her bra because it's so hot there. With all that being said, the cherry on top is the guy who paid literal thousands of dollars for it was someone who stalked her for YEARS. But if you keep everything behind a paywall, it might put others off and they will lose interest because there's not really any public updates.

You could argue either side is better than the other, but when you specifically want growth (a thing even she admitted she was being lazy with on her Youtube community page a couple months before Riro got nuked), I think it'd be better to put yourself out there rather than hide yourself behind members updates.
It's a delicate balance admittedly. Give the hardcore fans specific updates on plans, give the more casual fans fairly regular updates on the overall plan and progress.
I'm sure she will find her momentum again. I just hope she doesn't let herself get groomed in to a smaller and smaller community by people using her loneliness against her.
