I don't think so, news of the vtuber rewards has spread pretty far beyond just Twitch vtubers and their fans at this point. And Ironmouse has put minimal effort into asking fans to vote for it, mostly because she wants to make her own vtuber rewards show at some point. With Fuwamoco actively asking people to vote, Hololive is almost guaranteed to win simply through the Holobox.
