As most of you know Himari is retiring permanently abandoning her model and her agency. Three days ago Liverary(formerly uni-create) released a 4-page statement blaming Himari accusing her of negligence and admitting that there was in fact bad blood between her and the manager but ultimately according to them it's Himari's fault things turned out this way.
Liverary as I already said was known as uni-create 5 years ago, the reason is that Akatsuki Uni was their only talent at the time, Uni is a vtuber who talked about niche otaku stuff and non(really niche topics like a court case over Koinbori). Himari gets hired and if in Uni's case the focus was on old Otaku stuff and non, Himari makes it pretty clear she wants to talk about eroges and the vn industry in general, she interviews experts, talks about news in the industry and even acts in some eroge. Himari and Uni gained a pretty sizable niche of followers and Uni-create changed its name to Liverary expressing the will to detach itself from the image of a "mascot" corpo, they also want to start hiring new talents. Maybe because of how niche their corpo is it's difficult to find new hires so Himari brings 2 new talents she knew beforehand to fill the vacant places.
Keep in mind the company is right now 3/4 years old, before the start of this year all things considered they were handling themselves pretty well the two new talents debuted 1 year ago. Himari herself became pretty popular in the west maybe helped by some of her weird investments and by YT community captions and subs, she even organized a crowdfunding on Campfire for a song album that reached 180k (this same crowdfunding is brought up by Liverary in the 4-page statement saying they can't do anything about it, likely they spent some of that money on other stuff for the company). At the start of this year, Liverary goes in red, likely to some fuck up by management and certainly not helped by the fact YT killed community captions for good. 2 months ago UNI and Memori(one of the two talents hired by Himari) graduate, the first one according to the company for "health reasons" the second one for creative differences with the company. Uni graduation is still today the most odd out of the two, she was the founding member and even if she stayed inactive for a long period it's odd seeing a company losing her mascot like that. The 4 talents of the company start going back to their PL or creating new accounts without releasing any announcement and keeping the silence, (maybe because the whole thing became a legal quarry since Liverary said their contacts with Himari have been only through lawyers for months). And this brings us here, despite the fame and money Himari brought to the company that same company is using its power to shit on its talents and negating their right to reply to those allegations.
