This was the real reason she got terminated and Anycolor aired the list of grievances against her but the high melanin people here don't want to admit it. She literally hearted comments calling Anycolor a black company and shitting on Kyo. And Sayufag only argument is that she did this after her termination was already set in stone, but then why didn't she even try to address this in her doc? She knows she wouldn't be able to defend herself against the accusation so instead she misdirected it to some twitter bullshit that had nothing to do with it.

She decided she wanted to quit during her suspension due to the disparate treatment she had been receiving, the harassment and demonization she had been getting from NijiEn fans during the said suspension, including her own coworkers joining in that harassment.
To punish her for her early termination, to side with the harassment be fans and to try avoiding the same situation they had with Yugo’s termination they refused to let it be an amicable separation and tried to smear her. However they went way overboard and accidentally hurt their own reputation in the process, even admitting to stealth suspensions.
If Zaion had wanted to continue to work at NijiEN she could have done so.
