Audiences are fickle anon. Subscribing is a push of a button, watching a stream not only requires that you know the timeframe of the stream but also that you allocate time to put it on and devote the time to watch it, or even keep it in the background. Not only that, but young audiences are starting to have less and less attention span to keep up with a stream. Popular twitch streamers circunvent this by changing content fast, this is were reactions come in. But Hololive cant do that so they are stuck with trying to appeal to the unicorn viewership who only watches them to have "interactions" with women. But Mori is not very good at appealing to unicorns. There is also a ton of dead subs who subscribed a long while ago and forgot so now youtube does not alert them of the livestream. Or they may also be abandoned youtube accounts.

That’s exactly the general feeling I’ve seen with Mori lately. She’s gotten better, and people are fine with her being there if it’s a collab or a karaoke. But why would anyone watch her solo when they could watch the other girls?
Mori’s general reputation among normalfags is that she’s cringe, so it’s hard to get tourists there. Among Hololive fans, everything Mori has changed is fine but also what most of the other members have always been doing. And what makes her different from the other members is stuff most Hololive fans dislike.
So yeah, Mori has been forgiven, but literally the only reason you might want to watch her solo streams is if no one else is on and you’re that much of a tribalfag that you can’t switch corpos for one night.
