There's no way corpo vtubers have actual genitals and nipples on their models. They definitely have a "nude" base for new outfits, but it's a barbie thing without genitals.
They're never supposed to appear naked on stream, so having the genitals would just be a risk with no upside for them. It could get them banned when it's accidentally shown on stream and has no benefits to balance that risk.
