There is no magic fixer of hands but if you use a good model+follow some basic prompting (like prompt for hands to do something) you should get an acceptable looking hand a reasonable amount of time. Also another trick if the hands isn't too far gone is to send to img2img and just re-roll a few times with low de-noise (0.4-0.5)

NAI + Sigmoid correction was my choice before I switched to z-vae 2.0
ClearVAE clearly has issues, look at the broken background through the window(?)
ClearVAE also feels off in the blue/violet side of colours. Though IMO only NAI is neutral in that, others have either a blue tint or a yellow tint

Is TWLanon here? I've been referencing some of his previous gens to try to get a better understanding of SD and trying to recreate it using TWL.

Mine looks similar, but even with the same /settings VAE it's significantly more washed out.

The only difference is I baked hll6-lyco-b2.
As far as baking is concerned; should I bake in the Lora with Reinmix and then merge with everything else? (Followed by animeoutline)

The depth portion should determine where stuff is being drawn and how the overflowing noise looks like (dots, lines, brush strokes, paint splatters) I think. the Comfy workflow is there in the png from the box link
basic overview is that I generate the base image at around 8xx x 640, do a bilateral blur to get rid of the fine noise, 2x upscale with Ultrasharp, then tiled denoise with LCM at denoise 0.45, 0.4, 0.32, 0.28, 0.25, or 0.2 depending on the gen and the amount of undesirable stuff popping up
There is also Dynamic Thresholding, Recenter, Normalization, mixed into this, but the basic workflow remains
Repeat the Ultrasharp -> tiled denoise until you hit the resolution you want
My 8K workflow is basically a 4x with Ultrasharp followed by denoise added to the above workflow

You can swap out Ultrasharp with something else, I use Ultrasharp because that is what works well for me with LCM
LCM with an image too clean compared to Ultrasharp (like a DAT finetune), tends to hallucinate more in my exp.

I'm using 2 LoRAs for the style:
the miwol/Wool lora that a anon here trained and posted some threads ago at 0.4
mamaloni lora at 0.2

the colours are coming from Dynamic Thresholding along with its interpolate_phi combined with the effect of Recenter
the final touch is from LCM, which has a tendency to clean things up
Normalisation is added where it makes sense to smooth things out

my current workflow is not fully optimised, so the initial gen tends to overcook the face (especially on tags like lips, smile) which I downweight to reduce the issue
Even if the inital gen is a bit jank, LCM will clean it up for you, so don't bother too much to get it perfect

tidbits:
Recenter makes the colours darker, but also seems to imporive composition
my entire workflow is built around 3M SDE and sgm_uniform. you may not get the expected results if you use a non-SDE sampler
I am using custom noise, which also has an effect on composition, and 3M SDE works well with this noise(3M is a bit weird on normal noise)
I use separate prompts for the LCM step, because the composition is coming from the Img2Img, and quality tags and negative embeddings can be added to refine the result

Problem is one of them forgets to do it for a few months and then decides to update the gradio version and fucks up more than it solves. Also nothing released in the past month works on it. Since I was using a character lora and no regional prompter I had two layers on RNG, getting the man to not be a clone of Kronii and getting them to not have their bodies melded together, (there were also results with Kronii fucking the guy)

So I have this master mix of Models that I'm trying to merge with EF-hlll-a5a-epsilon (cosine) to preserve some of the poses with easy floof (which works). The problem is when I try to bake in a lora on top of it I get an error message.

What's the best way to navigate adding EF to my current model mix? Or is preventing future merges just a by product of using cosign?

Missing a nipple in one gen isn't a big deal, I think you're good to go in getting my model. Surprised you were able to find WontonColourBox.
I did bake the LoRAs separately, I did hll6 first then baked animeoutline at 0.25 after, it might matter.

One issue I'm having with the current model is that there isn't much skin texture and things can end up being very bright and flat
I might need to run the model through an artist mix gauntlet and hope I hit a good mix

Anyone know some artist LoRAs that can add more skin texture?

EF+hll is pretty good following prompts, but background sucks. Also style are kind hard to do by the cost of being a furry model first.

NAIV3 is pretty good in almost everything, it lacks backgrounds and if the concept/style/character you want to do is not popular, it won't be able to do it. IMO NAIV3 is still the best one of the 3 atm.

I tried adding in PerfectWorld into a mix but got too many mixes going about and the results were not to my liking. I ended up finding a real skin LoRA and did a grid of that and it did a decent job toning some of the plastic look I can get on my gens.

picrel is with K at -1.0

@anons using Recenter: Use negative valus for K to get the benefits of recenter without making bright scenes too dark
Valid values are between -4 to 4, so you can make it as bright or dark as you want by adjusting K
