As for this particular rrat, the true parts are that she used to post vocaroos on 4chan, dubbed some 4chan comics on Youtube, participated in 4chan events, and that her early subscribers probably had a decent amount of channers. There was never any kind of a Nyanners fanclub here to betray. The part about her "ditching 4chan" omits quite a bit as well. She stopped participating on 4chan because she got doxxed by a group of schizos who really loathed her. As for "having a loli avatar" this particular rrat in particular got into her head after the Rev video and she even once went to her community to ask whether she should get a new avatar with bigger tits so people stop saying it. What she commissioned was apparently a 170 centimeters tall pink-haired catgirl with a B-cup bust so calling it "loli" is far-fetched (and if we venture a bit into roommate territory she basically commissioned herself with fluffy pink hair and cat ears). The Nekopara collab thing is a good one. People were apparently getting upset over it on Twitter and she had no idea why, so after she did some digging apparently she found out that some people thought it meant she was endorsing child grooming. After the backlash she got over her lolicon Tumblr post she has developed some kind of a borderline phobia of making people angry, so she decided to cancel it. She said that she was ok playing it as a "weird fucky porn game" but that if people start thinking it's about child grooming she better call it quits. Needless to say, cancelling it also made a lot of people angry, so there's a good lesson for her about listening to opinions of retards online. Then again, she lets posts she read on imageboards a decade ago live in her head rent-free, so I doubt there's much hope for her in that regard.

I like them all except for the blonde one with the wings. I think that they get a lot of hate here because of certain members' history like with Nyanners but also because they don't have the same structure or culture that the eastern Vtubers do.

The eastern Vtubers seem to have a more rigorous structure and expectations placed on them by their agency. This makes them more consistent in the quality and quantity of their content. Western Vtuber agencies seem to take a very hands off approach and let the streamers do whatever they want. This means that there's a greater range of quantity and quality. So you get some Vshoujo girls like Melody who actually put a lot of effort into things like her model and presentation and then you get girls like the blonde Vshoujo girl who seems to do less than the bare minimum.
