The bidding for her will be ridiculous.
Maybe $700M per year but $680M deferred to avoid market caps and because she just wants to perform without limits. She already earns a lot from endorsements anyway, I'm sure she can live off a measly $2M/year.

Now listen to me right now. Pomu is just not a Hololive level talent! Pomu Rainpuff or as I call her Pomu Nodimes is not enough to carry a vtuber agency. She just can't do it, not to mention her off the stream shenanigans! I mean are you serious have you seen how she begs for Kiara of all people to notice her! She will NEVER get into Hololive and as far as I am concerned the company she works for Nijisanji or as I call them Blacker then the Nighjisanji is a disgrace.

I... I mean have you seen the posts on twitter the talents don't even get their play buttons I mean what kind of loony operation is this! Now Yagoo he reminds me of a young Jerry Jones with Mr Jap being his Jimmy Johnson and sure they might not always see eye to eye but they work together for the team! The Managers and all the hololive talents especially the Biggest Vtuber in the world Gawr Gura are all moving in one direction because they all want to make M O N E Y MONEY something Blacker then the Nightjisanji seems INCAPABLE of doing!

She's pretty much never talked about upper management though, which is where the problem lies. Virtually everyone has spoken positives in regards to their managers and staff that directly work with them, which are all middle management folk. But upper management, the ones who have the actual decision making power of the company, keep being two-faced in regards to EN.

Ladies and gentlemen, Stephen A. Smith here, and I've got to address something that's been buzzing in the virtual world community. Now, if you haven't heard, Pomu Rainpuff leaving Nijisanji to join VShojo – it's got me feeling a certain type of way. And let me tell you, I'm not holding back on this one.

First and foremost, Pomu Rainpuff was making waves in Nijisanji. She had a following, she had a fan base, and she had an energy that was infectious. People loved her, and for good reason! But then she decides to jump ship to VShojo? I mean, come on, what's going on here?

Now, I get it, folks. People make career moves, they look for opportunities, and they make decisions that they believe are best for them. But let's not act like this move doesn't leave a void. Nijisanji invested time and resources in Pomu, and now they're left without one of their rising stars. It's a hit, and you can't deny that.

And don't even get me started on VShojo. I mean, good for them, right? They just gained a talented virtual YouTuber with a dedicated fan base. But let's be real, Pomu's move is a win for them and a loss for Nijisanji. It's a game-changer, and we've got to acknowledge that.

Now, I don't have all the details behind this decision, and I'm not here to question Pomu's motives. But as a fan of the virtual world, it's hard not to feel a little disappointed. Change is inevitable, but that doesn't mean we have to like it.

So, to Pomu Rainpuff, I say good luck in your new endeavors. But let's not forget the impact you had in Nijisanji. And to Nijisanji fans, I feel your frustration. It's a tough pill to swallow, but we've got to keep supporting the content creators we love.

I think it is horrible nono I think it is awful for vtubing. To think that any company much less a company with the size and and profits of Nijisanji is not able to keep one of their premier talents is just an absolute disgrace. I hope that wherever Pomu goes treats her a millions times better then Nijisanji does. I mean if I were in Pomu's shoes and I had to deal with the absolute crap that Nijisanji forces her to work with I'd have hit the road a long time ago you can gurantee that.

My only hope now is that Pomu gets picked up by an organization that gives her the same loyalty she has given Nijisanji. Because this is a mess!

I think this is part of the crux of the issue. NijiEN doesn't really have a strong identity unless you're already deep into watching the frequent collabs and can kind of treat it like a streaming sitcom. Even HoloEN was able to follow the footsteps of JP and be a part of their events.
Management really fucked NijiEN by denying their concert to show they're as capable as their counterparts.

Ladies and gentlemen, we need to talk about something that's been stirring up the virtual YouTuber community. Have you heard the rumors about Pomu Rainpuff possibly leaving Nijisanji and making a move to either VShojo or Hololive? Now, I've got to express my thoughts on this situation because it's sending shockwaves through the fanbase.

First off, let me say that Pomu Rainpuff has been a standout talent in Nijisanji. Her unique style, infectious energy, and genuine interactions with her audience have garnered her a loyal following. Nijisanji invested time and resources in cultivating her as part of their brand, and her potential departure would undoubtedly leave a void.

Now, considering a move to either VShojo or Hololive – that's a significant shift. It's like changing teams in the middle of the season. Fans have invested their time and emotions into supporting Pomu as part of Nijisanji, and contemplating a switch raises questions and concerns.

From a business perspective, I understand that content creators seek opportunities that align with their goals. If there's a better fit elsewhere, it's a career move they have to consider. However, it's hard not to feel a bit let down as a fan. Nijisanji has been the platform where Pomu built her brand and connected with her audience. Seeing that potentially disrupted is disheartening.

And let's talk about the impact on the platform she might move to. Whether it's VShojo or Hololive, they're gaining a talented creator, but it could also bring a lot of pressure. Fan expectations are high, and any transition has its challenges. It's a high-stakes game for everyone involved.

In the end, we have to remember that these decisions are personal and career-oriented. We may not have all the details, but as fans, it's natural to be invested emotionally. Whatever the outcome, let's hope Pomu Rainpuff continues to shine in the virtual realm, and the community can rally around her wherever she goes.

This is a pivotal moment in the virtual YouTuber landscape, and the ripples from this potential move will undoubtedly be felt by fans and the platforms alike. Stay tuned, because this story is far from over.
