There's multiple reasons why I like Shiori, however I'll condense it into 5 points so I can end up having dinner at 8pm or just a bit past it.
>Model control
This is probably something others consider little or small, but I absolutely love the attention to detail with this one. She manages to make a PNG entertaining to watch, I can't alt tab because she's doing cute and fun shit with her PNG like bouncing it up and down repeatedly, zooming it in and out, etc.
Now take her actual L2D model, she knows how to operate that thing like a master.
Eyes to emphasize the crazy moments? Done.
Close-ups for intimate moments? Check
Jacket off during intense singing moment in the karaokes? Yep.
All the accessories she puts on for the seasonal stuff? Her room? (Admittedly haven't seen winter room yet.), good.
Literally picrel? Amazing.

Dunno what to say for this one other than, Christ, it's cute when she does these. If I were autistic enough to keep a counter for every titter she makes per stream, I would, sadly I have to watch from work half the time so this is a bit difficult for me to do. Perhaps one day when I'm on holiday I'll rewatch some vods and do this, but someone else will have to if not me.

Self explanatory, but I'll go into detail anyway.
Since her first behind-the-scenes work stream, I've loved the idea of how much she puts into her streams. From custom thumbnails (I don't always agree with how they look, but she put the passion in, so I'll always approve.), to assets she gets for her streams, including skits. (Newsvella, you beauty.) It's just so, impressive?
I admittedly didn't really watch much Holo prior to Shiori, so I have no idea if other girls put this much attention in, but I know for sure that Shiori does and I love it a lot. At the same time, I understand it's a lot so if there's ever times where it feels a bit less, I'd understand, she puts 110% in her streams, to the point of not wanting dead air. Things like the piano playing are perfect substitutes.

Touched up on this lightly in the previous point, but holy fuck is this girl passionate. The things she likes? The effort she puts into streams? (Linked with the last point.) Almost any tangent? Her growing love for Hololive? Chock full of passion. I love it, I love seeing her go at things with enthusiasm, it's infectious, it's marvelous to behold, it gives me inspiration to give the day my best.
All those comments about her being a grifter? Literal bottom-of-the-bin-tier arguments. Fuck off with that shit. It convinces nobody.
>Willingness to try new things
This one's a new one I developed recently, but one I wanna talk about.
Getting out of that comfort zone to try, and just not give a fuck.
Singing? She knows she doesn't do it well, but loves to do it anyway. Trying new stuff like Rainworld? She knows she probably won't enjoy it for long, but gave it a go, respectable effort, the stream itself was enjoyable. OpenVC's and collabs outside of Advent? Yeah, introverted, not exactly the best at handling communication with others, I get that, but regardless of it, she tries her best anyway, if nothing else than to just get to be closer with her senpais. It's impressive and I applaud it. Japanese? Knows she isn't good at it, tries for her JP viewers anyway. English? Knows she fucks up but isn't afraid to admit it.
Hell, even the whole celeb / streamer thing from yesterday, she knew she'd get a lot of them wrong, but it's content, it's fun, she's having fun, so she's doing it. Nevermind the embarrassment, or getting it wrong and fucking up, she didn't care, and I enjoyed it because she was enjoying it.
There, now it's time to eat dinner before it gets past 8:30. I have more reasons but I'm already at almost 4k characters from this alone, and I already curse the 5k limit.

From the November audio drama that sounded a bit scripty, to this one, it's another step-up, just like the sportsfes.
It's weird hearing her say things like "you humans." but it's her sticking to kayfabe for Holo, so I'll accept it.
Okay, now on to actual audio quality, I'd call this on-par, to a slight step-up from the sportsfes. Sound quality is good, very few awkward stops in terms of talking, comfortable laughs, the story about what her mom used to make for her felt, not exactly natural compared to the other family stories you'd hear on streams, but not entirely with the tone of someone reading a script, so it's getting there, in terms of natural voice acting.
Overall I'd place this together with sportsfes as being something worth getting to listen to, and something to support Shiori even more.

Requires a half decent machine and a good way of heating milk if you like milk.
Those nespresso pod machines are decent, milk you heat on a stovetop in a saucepan till it hits the temperature you want, if you want milk.
There's also the whole thing with stuff that sweetens it, ranging from sugar, sweetner, cream, to my personal favourite, flavoured syrups (such as vanilla, hazelnut or caramel.)

This fucks me up a little. How much of human experience is "squashed". I don't know how to explain it but it's the culmination of everything being developed only to be "good enough". This summer my friend drove me from another friend's wedding to the train station and I didn't know if I'd make it in time, and also the car wasn't big and it was hot, obviously because cars are designed only to give you "enough" space. Same with roads in the city that connect points in it, only wide enough to fit in an OK number of cars.
Then I get to the station and I'm not sure if I'm standing at the right platform. And also the bitch on the public announcement system is barely audible especially so because of all the people standing and talking, so if there's a switch up I might miss it and become stranded (almost happened once years ago, I stood to listen to the PA system and barely managed to hear that my train is waiting for me on another platform). And whose fault would that be? Obviously the station's for not investing into proper speakers, but it's become normal to accept this type of a cinch.
Same deal with hospitals. It's a crowded rush and we barely manage to make it work. You'd think that after decades of doing the same thing in thousands of cities in hundreds of countries it would get refined, but no.
So you being stranded is an example of that. It's not your fault, but you have to suffer. You're a victim of a critical lack of thoughtfulness in the human nature. When I go by train somewhere I'd love to get greeted by a staff of beautiful young attendants, led to my personal seat that accommodates my height, offered a complimentary drink and some grapes, AC is on, I can stretch my legs, headphones on, I can chill for the next couple hours, and feel good knowing that I only paid $20 for the privileges. If you told anyone you want that they'd call you crazy. But if you asked them: would you want things to be this way? obviously they would say yes. And funnily enough, it's not even an unrealistic thing to happen. We just need to refine a few hundred areas of life but it's doable. And I won't be glued to a hot car seat, slightly anxious about missing the train. And you wouldn't miss your flight.

Sorry for rambling but I had these thoughts some time ago and your post unearthed them

I've had a lot of time since I got laid off and realized I should probably retrain myself and do something else anyway since I hate the day to day and generally have an ill view of my field so motivating myself to do it is hard even if motivating myself to go to the gym, help an elderly family member, or do whatever else that I actually get joy, validation, or any feeling of accomplishment from isn't an issue. Sorry for blogpost but it's page 10 so I hope it's a bit fine.
Gastroscopy fucking hurt. I guess I wasn't prepared for it because in my mind it was the "better of the two" (other being having the camera up your ass), also that I had always imagined the throat as being a rather wide passage when in fact it's very narrow. I also made a lot of embarrassing noises in there (no anesthesia.)
As for the results I received two scooby doo clues, first being a lot of some yellow shit in my stomach, the second is the existence of some enzyme that points to a specific bacterial infection. Sounds like I'm on my way to being cured but I know better than to celebrate too early, when I don't know yet if I'll be fine for Christmas, or that the doctor I'm taking the results to won't decide that they still need to film the insides of my asshole. Plus a friend of mine had the exact same bacteria and claims it took him 6 months to get rid of it.
But I'll admit that I feel a bit better having some actual progress on my illness.
