He's always been pretty bad about cancelling and being late to streams...Rather than just keep pushing it back each day, he should probably just say he's taking a few days off and figure out his sleep schedule and then announce it when he feels better. If he didn't keep a consistent timeslot and give plenty of notice, I think it would really fuck over fans in certain timezones. He could certainly try it, or do very light schedules and more guerilla streams, though. I feel like part of the problem is how many streams he tries to fit in when he's feeling good while he makes the schedule sets him up for failure. I'd also argue that if he's scheduling streams too early and struggling to wake up for them that he should change the time to later since people will wake up early, or stay up, or move plans around to be available at that time and then get fucked over by it being pushed back.
He's hardly the only one with problems. I think Kyo might benefit from having no schedule and just announcing that day whether he feels good enough to stream at his usual timeslot since he often cancels if he doesn't feel well, for instance.

Eh, if you look at his past schedules, 9 times out of 10 he schedules streams at 4PM PST, or 8AM PST for morning streams. The few times he doesn't they are within 1-2 hours of those time. So he seems pretty consistent. Collabs will always be outliers, but those can be announced specially in advance and will be on other schedules as well. He often pushes back streams too, but some of those end up cancelled anyway because he still doesn't feel well and was delaying before he straight up cancelled to see if he felt better.

Oh! Yes he is definitely right. Not to /Soc/post too much but when I was at college and uni my entire friend group were basically depressed and on various recreational drugs to cope with it.

I went from drinking average of 1.5 bottles of wine to myself a night, to 3 years of sobriety, and the latter was considered more abnormal by my peers than the former. Excessive drinking is very normalised here.

Currently self medicating with beer to power my evening productivity in the ADHD medication drought.
