the sm7b is an extremely meme mic for streaming. dynamic mics in general are trash for most vtubers because they tend to not be able to keep themselves close enough to it consistently but the shure meme mic even more so because its extremely dark sounding and will by default sound far worse than some random cheap crap especially if you're a female because it has a very muted high range by default.
if you want to sound like a manly man and are able to consistently be very close to it and speak loudly and confidently it might work for you but otherwise you are wasting lots of money for terrible results

nothing specific. find something you can afford and try look up youtube reviews of it so you can hear yourself if it sound good to you. configurable polar patterns are a nice thing to have so you can make it more directional or less so when needed. even some cheap no chink brand mics can be decent but you really need to find one of those audio tests to be sure

I ain't an audio expert so I can't really tell you what's a good fit for you but I use a Shure MV7X and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality.

using an audio interface allows me to plug my headphones into it and monitor my voice too, it's fantastic.
Since I use a software to manage my audio there was hella delay til I figured out how to fix it but maybe look it up and see what you think, I think it's on sale on amazon for rougly half price.

Creating a post eye-catching enough is a crucial part of the process, as indie chuubas hardly get any intense praise for what they do outside of stream or in places where the public's eye can also observe those praises when they are just starting. Structuring it with a strong introduction has been the best thing so far, begging too much makes it seem like you were contracted to make that post, and waiting for more than half of the 10 page long post to finally talk about the chuuba strong points makes the redditheads get angry and makes you a creep in their eyes because ???
Try to avoid being overly dramatical, too depressing (even IF the chuuba has a very sad story) for the sake of not giving of that same begging feel, and remember to be as positive and non-stan as possible. The case that you will be making also carries more importance than what it might first seem, even more if your chuuba of preference is not an avid reddit poster.
Extra points if: you include images for the redditheads who cant stand pure walltexts, use an account that already existed instead making a burner one, and you avoid le reddit trolls after it is posted.

I am not the one who made that advice giveaway, but I would suggest making yourself bigger a little bit more while also making or, at least, keeping the actual size of the hat to what it is, your eyes seem to have a good or overexaggerated rig, so it gets lost in quality when it is not possible to watch the stream full-screen or on high-quality-settings. Aside from that, if it is the intention, go for a more words per minute ratio, make random noises and all of that, your chuuba personality gives space to that and it would be very interesting to see someone from /here/ finally have more fillers.
Also, game a little bit bigger, too much HUD and whatnot.
