backstory:
my stuff had a lot to do with time and getting out of the environment that i perceived as stressful as well as getting medicated
i was finishing up my degree that had taken me 5 years already and i was deathly worried i wouldn't graduate (heh, ironic) as well as some other stuff. i had gotten into some shit with admin because of youtube-related things from a year prior, won't go into detail, but basically they were saying i had to do some stuff or i wouldn't graduate, then they didn't contact me till a month before graduation to say "hey you haven't done your shit we might not let you graduate" and i was looking for lawyers and blah blah blah. i managed to get what they wanted done so they let me go but i was so fucking stressed out the whole time. my hairs were turning white. the original youtube thing had me stressed out to hell for months after and it slowly went away, then the brush with admin brought it all back again right as i was trying to finish all my final projects and had to pretend that nothing was wrong to my teammates.

HOW I GOT OUT OF IT (sorta):
what ended up helping me was some therapy sessions (really only like 5) where i got to vent to someone that worked for the school's psych department without any fear of repercussions, but i think any therapist worth their weight in salt could've done the same. i also went to my pcp, told him the story, he was like "that's a load of bullshit but ur going through it sis" and prescribed me some xanax and BP medication. the xanax was because i kept waking up at night completely breathless and panicking, i would grasp at my chest unable to breath for what was probably a few minutes but felt like hours every time it happened. the BP medication was for any panic attacks i got, but i didn't take that much because it turned me into a zombie for the rest of the day, i would normally opt for the xanax instead. apparently it makes you feel good if you don't have mental illness, shame i missed out on that.
having friends and family to talk openly to also helped as well. i could complain to them all day long (not quite, but you get the point) about the bullshit i was going through, and they were understanding about it
for the nausea, i just dealt with it most of the time. i'd try to eat foods i found comforting, but if i was stressed i'd still get sick to my stomach. i borrowed a friend's pills that reduce nausea, i dunno what they were called but i popped them under my tongue to let them dissolve every time it got too bad and it would help the nausea go away
after graduating i moved the fuck away from that city. things haven't been night and day since, i got diagnosed with major depression and was medicated for that, but i'd still never want to go back over that year leading up to graduation. overall i'm still kinda in the weeds but i'm slowly clawing my way out, and with any luck i'll have a high paying job by the end of next year lel

Therapy never really helped for me, but some anxiolytics (hydroxyzine), being able to talk to the people around me openly about what I was going through (suicidal depression), and above all GETTING AWAY FROM THE DEPRESSING THING (my job, and more precisely my collegues). The new ones are so much better sometimes it doesn't feel real.
Good luck and stay strong, the road can sometimes feels endless and suddenly something changes for the better.
