Hololive is already as mainstream as it can get in Japan nowadays, for years there have been TV celebrities discussing who their Oshi is in Hololive, several well known brands have sponsorships and collaborations with them, you can literally walk into any konbini in the country and walk out with a bunch of Hololie products (be it treats, food or goods).
The fact that Senchou is acting in this is not something that will break barriers, it will just be another stepping stone to reaffirm Hololive's popularity in their home country.
Hell even her last two music videos have been screened not only in the Shibuya crossing but also on various big screens around the country.

The issue with Shukkou is that it never developed legs, it's unclear how Shinkiro will compare on that front for now.
