In fairness, NijiEN was a glorious opportunity in itself at first. Even with Lazulight/Obsydia it was a big step up over other small corpos at the time.
The problem was that the branch grew too quickly too soon without enough having enough behind the scenes staff to scale with the growing number of talents, making questionable hiring decisions with people like Kyo who doesn't seem to want to better himself compared to the rest of his wave, and not really doing much to improve the branch's standing after a tumultuous 2023. It's only now at the tail end of the year that things have mostly simmered down and they're actually managing to turn things around, I just hope they actually can improve and hopefully tardwrangle some of their more problem talents.

Anon, majority of VShojo /in/posting is focused on Mika and Pomu. Selen hardly ever comes up, and when she does majority of people agree she's more likely to go indie or VSPO.
