It really depend on the circumstance, like an averge person with a gun can shoot dead a MMA champion.
For boxing knowing how to throw punches and blocking hits give you an advantage vs the average person. Girls fight gonna have alot of hair pulling also.

A boxer throws the same punches as everyone else. They also get footwork and stamina as part of the package. This is usually more than enough to win a fight against an average opponent that doesnt think about exploiting their sttance using takedowns or kicking their knees none of which anyone in Hololive would pull off
