Thank you. It wasn't that bad, just feverish and didn't feel like trying to solve my kohya issues which went up after the second bake.
Solved them by reinstalling the newest version (with some AMD modifications) and lo and behold, my speed went from 2S/it to 1.6it/S on the 6800xt. Zooms so quick I wish I had a queue script (I can probably make one but I don't have enough datasets to go over with it anyway)

Sure, you can try 'huge breasts' 'humongous breasts' 'planet-sized breasts' or other tags. Depends on the base model and how good it is at making them. I was trying to find a 'head between breasts' lora but could not find one. never trained a concept myself. Maybe it's time to dabble into that area as well.

I was mostly interested in the XL model but it seems to work pretty bad with loras that haven't been trained on it. XL is bad anyway at low res without hi-res or other enhancements.

Welcome to the world of no-art lora. First of all, keep in mind the pose will get baked. Try to get model pics from as many angles as possible if they're using a model that isn't a shovelface.
Debut and debut2.0 are the first to look at. Full body, upper body, sides, diversity of location of the subject (place the subject to the right with half the screen being blank/background, to the left, etc).
For settings my usual is 0.0002 lr/ 0.00005 TE lr.
Batch size depends on how much vram you have, 2 can easily go on 16gb.

Rank 32 - Alpha 8
Scale weight norms 1.
Enable buckets and keep it at don't upscale.
On the advanced section of the gui:

(I use SDP cross attention but you can use xformers if on nvidia)
Min SNR gamma 5
Noise offset 0.05 - Nosie Scale 0.005
Hopefully I didn't miss too many.
Aim for 1000 steps, with 2 batch size that would be 500. For a dataset of 50 images, go for 2 repeats, 10 epochs. Save every 2 epochs as you might have to use the one with 00008 if too baked.

Simply don't care about them. You have two options. You either get perfect details but your lora can only output the screenshots it was trained with (hyperbaked lora, pretty much just a screenshot generator) or you have loss of features and get flexibility.
Anons will keep telling you that more art = better lora, which is true in up to a point, but keep in mind artists don't draw all the little shits on a uniform or draw them correctly in the first place.

/sdg/ gave no answers on this when I asked, but when you train a normal lora, how do you guys manage to get the outfit details trained in? Like Biboo or Non's outfits? Is it from merging a character lora and a costume lora?
And how do.you manage to make the lora use the model's style and not the style of the training images?

Train a lora first with the pictures you have and see what comes up. The latent space is a mystery, don't try to understand it. You're not a gpu. You just feed it pictures which are properly tagged and it understands.

NTA but a LoRA just trains on whatever is in the image so if a character wears a dress and you tag the image with dress, it will start putting the design of the dress in the picture into the tag of "dress", so when you use the LoRA and call on "dress" it will give you said dress. Same idea with the other features. You will need to show the AI various pictures of the dress in different angles for maximum accuracy.

To stop the LoRA from learning styles as well you want to lower the network dimension it is trained on so for character LoRA you generally want 16 and 8 (or 8 and 4 for even less burn).

well I mean, you certainly can, but all signs seems to point upwards in vram requirements. you can definitely do stuff on any card, but I think its going to outpace it pretty soon. sorry for confusing you. I just think its best to get as much vram as you can

LCM+CPU diffusion is the future. Fuck nvidia's overpriced VRAM. You overpay for the privilege to use their closed source libraries, not the GPU hardware.
Pretty sure they won't increase vram size on consumer GPUs because they don't want poor companies to "misbehave" and god forbid, use them for AI training or professional matters without paying the PRO tax. Where's the 4090 nvlink, nvidia, eh?

Backgrounds are muddy, details are lacking, very melty, shadows are pretty bad, eyes are meh and from what I read no real way to fix it, some styles have pretty fuzzy shading etc. Same problems the furry models have imo. This is just from everything I have seen here and /h. Just my personal opinion mind you, I think the compositional ability is next level.

Will definitely agree on the backgrounds. NAI3 definitely tends to blur and bleed backgrounds. I guess the way I've been prompting has definitely been far more subject focused, leaving the background to be simple.
