Coco has a habit of getting hit by a ban or shadowban whenever she does things her way. So she has to scrape the bottom of the barrel in terms of memes as to not offend the algorithm. It's why most of the memes she shows are tier lists. It really feels like management has some tight restrictions on her nowadays.

If she made the meme review every month or even biweekly then she would likely get some better entries. Doing ot each week guarantees she's going to get a lot of low effort stuff. But these streams are made more for JP viewers who will be amused by Reddit because it's novel to them (and annoying to many 4chan users).
