Eh I've had one. When my mom got hospitalized. Was at work and I suddenly just felt an overwhelming sensation of anxiety, like being at the top of a roller coaster, or waiting outside of the principle's office when you're in trouble as a kid. Fast heart beat, numbness/lightness/feeling disconnected from your body and such. Had to stop working and just talk to a coworker about some random bullshit to calm down and get my mind off that track. Probably an anxiety attack rather than panic but more or less the same concept.
