I'm talking about the initial idea which was way back well before the invites went out. According to the girls, and I don't have clips available to go off so I am just winging this from memory, the invites for VShojo went out to the girls somewhere around August. I know it was before Hololive EN launched in September and before Lewdcast started which was also in September, and one of the last people invited was Nyan because nobody thought she would want to join. Which is why Nyan and the girls had that Fall Guys collab in late September (before Nyan's dad died in October which shelved her for an almost entire month). The Dipshit thing I am talking about was earlier than that, say June or July, when an idea for it being lewdtubers might have still been in the cards. Gun might have convinced Mel to go more mainstream with the idea, but the basic plan and organization was already in the works.

Kuro doesn't even need a new outfit for femboy with his booty shorts and oversized jacket with ears. I think instead his model should be redesigned to look more androgynous. He can make his face look more feminine, expressive, and playful. His hair can be made fluffier and maybe add a braid on one side. Also have a more feminine body type and make his thighs and ass meatier.
