I put forth the idea of the list formation approving both Watame and Mumei based on contextual information I have gathered from chronic /here/-ness from their fans and overall knowledge.
I do believe that, in order to prevent infighting going forward, the list should have a minor '*' next to "Gold Star Unicorns" i.e. the vtuber that almost everybody would tacitly agree are the ones who make the maximisation of their unicorn-friendliness be one of the most dominant and historically consistent traits of their branding, and therefore would hypothetically be fitting for any type of unicorn including the most schizo ones.
At the current time, I believe(correct me if I'm wrong), the only ones with the type of reputation that fits that would be Kanata and FWMC.
Part of me feels like Miko should also fit in there because of dedication, however I feel like not adding a * would demonstrate a sense of impartiality to the list and would also take the wind out of a couple of common bait tactics used(if Miko was *'d, we'd have shitposters using age old pictures from 2018 to stir shit. If we didn't have some form of distinction present, we'd get anti-unicorns using doxxing and samefags to then try and bait the thread into a conversation that they use to further anti-unicorn goals.
I believe that as long as "gold star unicorns" being acknowledged but held to such strict criteria that debates about whether or not a vtuber on the list can attain it cannot rationally make sense(aka so strict that not even a single violation of clear dedication to unicorn-friendliness could be given, no matter how trivial) and the genuine users of the thread acknowledge that the star is there only as a demonstration of unicorn unity by acknowledging the hardest of hardliners, but also making clear that all discussion of listed vtubers is to be treated equally as simply "unicorn friendly", it would put the thread in the strongest position in terms of minimizing potential causes of infighting AND give the thread users effective tools against falseflags via nitpicking going forward.
Basically, if someone posts that pic of mikos tweets from 2018, they can simply be told "the gold star unicorn vtubers are already acknowledged" instead of getting into a prolonged debate over context, reasoning, implications, etc that that kind of bait often leads to.
I think FWMC and Kanata are the two who are so clean that shitposters would have literally *nothing* to try and throw at them to stir shit over their placement, which is why I picked them specifically. It's also such a tiny amount(literally 2 holos) that it doesn't make it seem like the rest of the list is being "excluded" from anything, but is more like a special accolade for notable dedication that I feel as if any genuine poster would be able to acknowledge.

Curious to hear people's thoughts on this. I genuinely believe this would minimize angles anti-unicorns would have going forward. I also think reasoning should obviously be omitted from any standing list. Discussions of whether a vtuber deserves placement on the list or deserves to be removed should take place in the threads themselves and the list should only ever be modified with the inclusion/exclusion of a name by itself when apparent consensus over such a change is met.
