I sold my soul to be a Partnered ASMR streamer. I'm tired of doing the nice girl act, I wish I could be carefree on stream and reveal my power level. I miss playing games, I'm very tired of streaming for 25+ hours per week just being nice to lonely people. Most of these people blogpost the most annoy minuscule shit I've ever read and I'm sure my chat reeks of underage. I don't even know where to start actually networking with other streamers. The partnered check mark feels like I'd scare away most people. What makes things worse is that I didn't even know that most of my audience are just coombaiting faggots in picrel. I've been following the thread since gen 4 was created, was nervous to even mingle with anyone due to the way my own content is like. I'm jealous. I'll admit at one point I wanted to actually turn streaming into a job but after seeing what is successful and how easily it can be ripped away from you I stuck to being a hobbyist.
I'm just fond of channel points and the neat ways people can interact with the stream with them.

Sure you can set up point systems via bots or programs but to have it directly integrated into the platform you stream on is way more satisfying to my brain.

I'm of the firm belief that you cannot be an entertainer and a puritan at the same time. Even Jerry Seinfeld has cracked a raunchy joke or sworn once in a while.
At the same time though, I'm also the guy whose favorite comedians include Norm McDonald, Richard Pryor and George Carlin, so take what I say from the perspective of someone who enjoys colorful humor.
