Well that will never happen again with cover's latest policy reversal stating that the only ones that need to stop streaming during a debut are those in the same branch.
It's actually a stupidly worded policy because it's so obvious that it was only meant to affect holostars in regards to hololive but they had to phrase it this way to give it an semblance of unnecessary impartiality; holo's in En and Jp and, if there are any more Devis', won't overlap each other's debut streams anyway, I dunno about ID, so who does this actually affect? Stars of course since there is zero overlap.
They should never have opened that door last year by forcing hololive to stop everything for basically a completely different company that has nothing to do with them or their fanbases' interests. It would have been the same as if they had forced holo's to not stream over niji or any other company's debuts.
