Korone and Pekora are popular the very same reason. Sure they have their own skillsets, but not outright talent in say something like drawing or singing. In fact, Koro is average at both of those things, but that works to her advantage because her personality and streaming style are so strong. Ame is in the same boat
That being said. No doubt some retard will twist what I said here here by thinking I believe Ame is the next Korone/Pekora and their styles match 1:1 , when you know that's not what I'm saying at all.

I don't see this immense Gura talent I keep hearing about. She sings a little better and is decent at rhythm games, ok. Why does Ame always get placed on the bottom for? She works hard to create a nice atmosphere for viewers, uses different backgrounds for special events like that amazing parade float. EN go to her for advice on technical issues related to equipment. She is well liked by JP members despite barely speaking a word of Japanese. Smol Ame was created as a speedrunning game full of references because she inspired someone that fucking much. I would say people don't give her enough credit as a creator.

Ame's appeal really didn't hit me until late in the superchat reading last night. The hangout vibe was strong. Whether it was jamming to whatever music was playing or waxing philosophical about why she was playing Oblivion during the run up to one million subs (she's a jank connoisseur) I didn't feel like anything was forced or awkward. It's something pretty hard to find in the streaming world.
