Additionally, Gura was gone from May 28 to June 19 and then again from June 21 to June 27. If her birthday stream wasn't from home and the reason it was so chaotic and rushed was because she was in Japan at the time, then the second trip could have been from May 28 to July 3.

Unknown.
However it would have had to have been some time while Fauna was in Japan in order for them to have recorded their dance for Fauna's 3D showcase, unless it was recorded separately, but that seems unlikely.

I went looking and it seems that Fauna was in Japan from the end of Dec 2022 to Jan 14 and then a second time from Jul 8 to some time between Aug 22 and Aug 30.
The first trip was way too early to have been for anything other than 4th fes, so Gura's third trip to Japan between July 10 and July 16 overlaps Fauna's trip during that time.
That must have been when they recorded Fauna's 3D showcase.
