I would argue Hololive's image is more "safe" or more friendly for businesses to partner with. They love to dance around being "seiso" and can occasionally get crass but they barely get into talking about real world politics, if ever. NijiEN on the other hand sort of champions a "progressive" nature with the talents openly talking about real world issues, and though that is respectable to an extent, they put themselves into a corner to where they are severely limited in terms of making raunchy jokes.
