No one gives a shit if some of the managers are male because there's never been any indication that the girls are close to them or hang out with them. They get rotated all of the time and yeah, no shit - a large portion of the staff is male. You can literally hear a male staff writer laughing in the background in nearly every single one of Polka's Legend of Polka episodes.
Matsuri has also said that they can request a female manager if they so choose, and many of them do.
If Raden was suspended, then the issue is Cover lying about it and suspending her over such a meaningless incident, especially hours before the sports festival.
