Anime isn't truly mainstream in the west and since vtubing is a subset of anime that puts a fairly hard cap on how big you can grow in the west. Add to that. between hololive and vshojo pretty much everyone interested in them is going to gravitate towards one of the two, leaving other corpos to essentially try and grab the vtuber equivalent of hipsters, and with that whole niche thing I mentioned earlier there just aren't enough to go around.

DHL goes by dimensional weight so even if its split in multiple packages it will still be expensive

also splitting into multiple packages is often more expensive since there's usually a minimum charge per box that's more expensive than just putting them in the same box
