It's simply just terrible burnout. Ame and Gura are supremely burnt out at this point, Ina is fairly burnt out with more of a focus on her art at this point, Kiara isn't burnt out per se, but her relationship with work isn't exactly healthy, and Mori is somehow been the one that's been able to thrive the most in the recent year and a half. I don't know how, considering the insane workload she must deal with compounded with being the gen's most consistent streamer, but she somehow does. Maybe the lean arc taught her that she needed to get her shit together eventually.

Covid ending brought it with a hault in momentum a lot of the Myth girls had. For all but Gura, nearly all of the Holofans that were guaranteed to sub already had. COVER taking as long as they did with giving EN's places to be in concerts and the like started a lot of the burnout the girls feel, and COVER rushing out a shitty branch of Holostars instead of focusing on EN3 only added to this. With the burnout led to a lack of wanting to stream, and with a lack of streams came with it a drop in numbers. That, as well as algorithmic changes fucking over Ina's, Ame's and potentially Kiara's channels isn't exactly helping much. To sum up their numbers in late 2023:

Good views, thanks to music, but awful CCV and middling sub growth.

Bad numbers overall, which is a damn shame with how hard she works.

Continually dropping CCV, and not much hope in either of the other categories either.

Good numbers overall, she is the queen on EN vtubing, after all. Her overall viewcount is even quite good, relatively speaking, thanks to her VODs being some of the most pushed in the algo.

Overall, Myth has reclined thanks to a combination of burnout, algorithm changes & a lack of covid to keep the tourists watching. Is there a genuine case to be made that Myth, including Gura, is now the worst performing EN gen, at least in the cases of sub growth, viewcount, and CCV? Takes me a while to ration out my thoughts about numbers sometimes.

Kiara is the most consistent streamer of holo EN (certainly before Advent) almost every day also keeping a regular schedule for almost every week, streaming even while traveling etc. too bad she streamed almost exclusively in dead hours since 2021 and usually debuff from number perspective, sadly she got bored of minecraft and refused to play it for months etc.
Mori lost large part of her audience because she stopped being consistent and started streaming at random times dropping schedule right after the yab and going full in on roommate activities around the same time, she's better now but she was better before and it didn't last so who knows.
Ame was burned out at least since summer 2021, possibly even earlier before she even made it to 6 months as a holo and never really recovered.
Ina was burned out around december 2021 also never quite recovered, God knows what happened with Gura because burnout is not something that she ever actually mentioned to my knowledge.
