Depends on how you define dying. Even the least active of the four is still fairly active relative to many other regular threads on this board. There's a lot of shitposting though, especially in /baubau/ and /gem/ because shitposters like to target active threads since that gets them the most attention.

I'm assuming this is just a test to see how the shitposters handle it. Will they stay in the specific splits? If they come here how will it impact the other threads? At best this may end up a mostly shitposting-free general, at worst a containment thread. Who knows.

The Shiori Novella has had 19 threads in this observation period making them the second busiest Advent thread! Pachi pachi pachi. They also have a similar amount of goslings as /baubau/, and hyperanalyze everything she says or does looking for secret meanings and are well... kinda schizo. However they are pretty focused on Shiori and don't seem to attract much in the way of catalogueniggers. Unlike the previous two, Novelites also have the concept of doing your reps but in their case it is about writing stories. Like /baubau/ there is lots of moaning and crying about getting hearts from Shiori, but to the point of it being a contest since she is much more selective it seems and will reward what she thinks is good to encourage more of that. The gay shit from her chat basically never shows up, and it is also rarely discussed by Shiggers in the threads. Shiggers have some timelooping (mainly about her affection or seriousness of affection) and moaning about how it’s all attention whores, schizos, and doomposters now. Oh and sure enough there are a decent amount of concernfags about her sleep schedule (shit) and eating habits (also shit).

Finally /baubau/. Ruffians do you know how many threads there have been in this same period? Not 20, not 25, not 30 but THIRTY-SEVEN threads. That’s six times as many as /ope/. What’s worth noting? Well Ruffians are the only ones who give a shit about learning Japanese for one (not surprising), but also seem to be much more weaboo than all the others (also not surprising). Ruffians are about as obsessed with Fuwamoco as Novelites are with Shiori, however instead of getting a spammer that posts the same pic of nekoShiori every thread Ruffians get brapschizo. Ruffians are also BY FAR the source of the most negative posts about other members of Advent, even if Jailbirds, Pebbles, and Novelites don’t like Fuwamoco they don’t mention it nearly as often. The true Advent Unity is having dogshit sleep schedule, overworking yourself, and eating like shit, though only Fuwamoco claim to be incompetent at fixing stuff around the house and are the only ones who keep accidentally revealing themselves as poorfags. Even Rissa who is Midwest American poverty living with many relatives and having toddlers run around comes across as much as a poorfag.

Ruffians are also the absolute worst with shitposting. We have complaining about JP streams, complaining about hearts and being extra special Ruffians, PL spamming (no other Advent has this), rm spamming (again, nobody else did this in this observation period), complaining about timezones and “Eurobros”, run of the mill concernfagging, attentionwhores, discussing twitterfags and paypigs in the thread, and all of these happening nearly daily. Worst of all, every single one gets plenty of replies and will go on for 20-50 posts before smoothly switching into the next one where the cycle continues. Ruffians are INCAPABLE of not endlessly retreading the same bait day after day. If all of the shitposting and replies to bait were culled I estimate that /baubau/ would probably fall to about the same number of threads as The Shiori Novella, maybe 1-3 more.

That is all I have seen. You decide for yourself what to think about it.
