If she really has said as much (don't recall recently, but fair, I could've missed a free-talk) she's most likely right. I was playing Goodbye Declaration when it dropped till it got to 1M, and until 1M I had to search each time to play it.

Now that it's passed 1M, even though I'm not logged in on my TVs or my phone, it's the first or second recommendation. Each of those devices have also played Heart Challenger at least twice, and it's nowhere in the recommendations unless I go to Kiara's channel first.
Now consider that I'm deep enough in that all the other Hololive songs come up, from Gura, Suisei and Haachama.

We have a highly likely chance that the crunchy one designs the birthday merch, but don't hope for call-ins. At the end of the day, she's just a fan artist who is highly regarded in the community, if she gets to interact with Kiara on stream in a way no other fans can, I don't think the community will take it that well. Yeah she did the art for both of Kiara's original songs but the same can be said for Yunarun (just song covers in her case).
