Twitch streams are okay as long as they keep it sub mode only. Having it tier 2 or tier 3 only would be even more great though I don't think twitch allows this for whatever reason.

I wouldn't want western twitch culture to leak there with BTTV emotes and all that. What I've seen though languages with different scripts have pretty "old school" type of chat with emotes being rarely used.
