Pomu should join hololive if the opportunities she wants are there. Judging by Kiara it is pretty hit or miss. Her 3D live got delayed like crazy and she's pretty much given up on getting a solo live. But she got featured in a lot of projects this year, and has generally helped her make connections to do all sorts. So it isn't like joining would solve all her issues, it'd at best make them a bit better if she is driven enough.

Thing is, if Pomu were to go to Vshojo they'd probably give her a 3D model relatively quickly. It'd basically take her considerably about the same time, or maybe even less than what it would take to get her Home 3D model at NijiEN, which has been delayed indefinitely to 2024 to fix the jank.
I also doubt that there'd be any contractual stipulations with getting 3D models, at least if Nijisanji has no problems with talents leaving as soon as they get new outfits when they already have 3D models. Like Gibara or Lulu.

She absolutely does not sound happy at all, she sounds incredibly bummed out and it's not fun to watch.
