Everything Ela had control over was great. I'm not hating on Yasuda, but whoever was in charge of the quality control or even the 3D modeler themselves deserve all the hate they get, especially after seeing how good Zeta's was.
Even Kaela herself has mentioned her dissatisfaction towards this model, her restricted movements limited a lot of the ideas she had for her debut, her silent laugh can't be picked up by the tracking, and as we saw yesterday those arms look horrendous.
