I can explain this better than I did previously.
A fat texture is, to put it simply, the way fat is represented in a gen in a certain area that is supposed to be "fat". With NAI, you would get red tinting constantly around anything supposed to be fat, and navels in particular looked particularly odd.
Fat Models have better texturing for these areas, so the red tinting and weird navels go away due to that extra knowledge. However certain models, due to either their dataset, or training methodology, have gone overboard and have either trained on poor quality images (which to be fair is tough to not do when the overall quality of the dataset is subpar, what I am trying to say is that there isn't much that can be done on this part because of reasons outside of the control of the creators of all of the models.) or have over trained on the images to the point of forcing a style on the textures of these areas rather than giving a general structure and texture that is then supplanted by the base models skin textures. The traditional way of fixing this has been through model merges. LoRAs unfortunately complicate the issues these models used to have by intrinsically forcing these issues onto all models.

Ouro Kronii (forma de ropa interior) LoRA
I added two custom tokens that seem to at least nudge the network to the right direction (particularly in the case of getting the panties right since-on my model at least- it really likes generating typical lace panties; the tokens are 'kronii bra' and 'kronii panties'.
The lora works just fine without any need to have 'ouro kronii' in the prompt, which might be preferred if you're using a model with HLL; I used 5c briefly and got clothing I didn't want (I don't usually use HLL equipped models at all). Her skirt without the frills is also supported, by just using 'black skirt'.
Another thing I'd like to mention is that due to the bias of the fan art, this lora might tend to make her quite thick sometimes. If you don't want this, for now I recommend something along the lines of '(wide hips, thick thighs, mature, milf, mature female:1.5)' in negatives, I use this whenever I generate Kronii art any way since huge breasts 99.999999999% of the time comes with fat ass hips and thighs. I have another iteration that might fix this but if it doesn't, the instructions remain.

The secret stands in [(white background:1.5)::3] which enforces the white background with 1.5 strength for the first 3 steps then removes itself from the rest of the prompt.
Play around with both the strength. color and the number of steps for varying effects.

I tracked down my test images for symix and damn it was bad, much worse than I remembered. Color washing started happening at 0.7-0.8 and at 1 it was basically unusable with my style loras.
I did end up on the 0.4-0.4-0.4 fat lora stack, but I dropped it for some reason and went back to bgv5ex+obesegirlconcept at 0.4-0.6 for both for a while.

Strong style loras often mess with the face quite significantly. The only advice I have is to try to minimize the lora strength and focus on bringing out the signature hairstyle or other recognizable features like clothing. I do that a lot with Pomu for instance, just try to get the pointy ears and hair bow.

That is my model. Unfortunately WontonColor Box is no longer in civitai, but you can replace it with a 'Toon' model and it should be ok. I think the WontonColour box provided the linework so toon models can give similar results
