I don't hate all Nijis on principle and I feel sorry for Pomu even tho it was her choice to not wait longer for the HoloEN2 auditions but I genuinely don't want Hololive to do what Vshojo does and grab random former big corpos for their roster. This is bias from me. She isn't my oshi, but until Biboo I have never liked an EN talent as much as I do her. She blows everyone from every other EN agency, hers and Hololive, small ones and indies, out of the water.
She works hard, likes to sing and dance, is really funny without being crass, and has good taste in games. She also has the common sense to not start drama and has steers clear of most, like the Millie SC stream and Zaion shit; only the Finana inviting Uki to collab with them and all out war leaked screen shot matter.
She is still going strong despite essentially her entire online footprint having been leaked last summer, where all her mistakes fuck ups were posted even here in the catalog.
I think the best thing a vtuber can be, realistically, is hardworking. It is why Kiara, Bae and even Mori have endeared so many people.
3/5 of Myth seem to not have their heart in it.
Sana quit too soon, Kronii is barely starting to not seem half-hearted, Mumei streams too little.
I think only Kiara and maybe IRyS love, as in actually LOVE, not like, tolerate or outright resent idoru shit the way she does.
Again, not holding out hope Hololive "rescues" her or whatever, but if they were on the hunt for talents in other EN branches, she is the most obvious choice.
And poach is just a funny meme word to say a vtuber jumped from one company to another. I am sure she'd have to audition. Maybe despite the talent she has Cover would not want to deal with the drama - who knows?
