I've noticed a few. I was just looking at a channel called "Ryuguard's Fortress" earlier, and he got decent views, but he uploads irregularly. It seems like either they want the immediate views more popular vtubers would provide and move on to clipping vtubers besides Finana or the algorithm doesn't boost them.
I also don't think she encourages clips like the other two to. Both Pomu and Elira have shouted out Pomupower and Pendora's Box respectively, but I've never seen Finana shout out her clippers. It might be her inexperience as a streamer in that sense that leads them to become demotivated.

Watch her streams and not much is worth noting to be clip material minus her inuendo jokes, Her streams are pretty chill but what she lacks is a bit more confidence.

I love her when she's together with the other two, her little sister energy is unmatched. But solo, yeah... I guess she still has a long way to go, most of the time the streamer has to go out of their way even if just a little to make these "clippable" moments happen. She also seems to lack confidence sometimes, I'd say just give her time, even many of the best current vtubers took a while to stop being awkward.
