The only reason Konami is suddenly giving Holo perms after three years of being Niji-aligned is to promote MGS Master Collection and the Snake Eater remaster. If it's a song gig, it would be Can't Say Goodbye to Yesterday or Snake Eater. Both are EN songs.

Yes, you don't need to be good at singing for that, you just need to be able to put asses in seats. If you're planning a release of a song for your upcoming game you probably want the song to stand on it's own legs, pekora has one cover song that has a well beyond good performance. I enjoy pekora's lives and songs, but I'm not going to delude myself that she's a star singer.
Not that Mori is a major star, but she's better than pekora in that field, I can admit that regardless what I think of her music.
