Being GFE and being unicorn friendly are not necessarily related. Ironically enough there are a lot of vtubers who do GFE and are not unicorn friendly because they do male collabs or are open about their SO on their socials.

From what I've seen of Kawaii the only one who does GFE as it was intended to be, and not even in every stream, is Nene Amano. A few others do GFE-style ASMR from time to time.
Their overall style seems to be more on the cute girl doing cute things - hololive pseudo-idol culture angle: no male collabs for the most part, streams are sanitized to various degrees and there was a focus on idol activities for their 3D Concert which was basically discount Hololive. I think Kawaii attracted some disgruntled Holo and Niji fans during their "unicorn massacres", for example I know of one old Kronii gosling who joined the kawaii fanbase during her vesper arc.

As much as people seem to think theres some consistent definition of what a unicorn is or what GFE is, I think people just make it up based on how the streamer makes them feel.
