It absolutely is, dumbass. There's just too many girls and events nowadays. They're real people with obligations and schedules, not Smash "everybody is here" characters. The original sportfes was already an anomaly back then with everyone participating. We'll never get something as soulful as that or the original summer festivals, it's time to let go.
Also a lot of spots are taken by Advent and Regloss this time, and there's a lot of EN because there was none last time. ID is busy and they have their own event anyway.

Sportsfes has been downgraded from a company-wide event to a "big collab" event, that it's really. It used to be one of the highlights of the year but there's just a lot more competition now. To still include all girls and make it prominent they would have had to invest more effort and probably make it more management-run rather than talent-run.
