Honestly it seems like a bit of a waste since the more things like Lilliane or that one tunnel thread get posted, the less willing other people are to engage in this kind of thing and the more it will get shit on.
The concepts aren't really that well thought out or unique so even if I wanted to play into it, eventually it just feels pointless. Something more grounded would probably work, certainly not as a creepypasta but more as a creepy rrat based in reality. If instead of Lilliane, OP started talking about vtuber suicide notes or that Maho Carol had a private Peter Sotos stream, I guarantee you they'd have a thread that actually went somewhere since there is a non zero possibility that Delta had a suicide note.

Maybe the contradiction can be a feature of the story? Like, people remember two versions of Lilianne's death because there were two memory wipes. Like say, whatever untested tech/occult ritual/supernatural power Cover used to perform the deed wasn't initially directed at Kuzu at all, and her getting killed mid-stream was just an unforseen consequence of the wipe. So then they fired it up again to alleviate the PR nightmare that a chuuba getting murdered live would most definitely be, which resulted in a newer narrative of her dying in a car crash pre-debut. And since the process wasn't foolproof, some people remember Lilianne dying during a stream, some remember her dying pre-debut and some don't remember her at all.
