Good Evening /vt/!

I was told to go here by numerous maids on the dra/g/on maid board.

I like using computers to make programs, but I don't really know how to do anything else with it.

How do I become a vtuber? I need a puppet that is a maid with huge boobs (see attached boob size reference) and a voice changer. I don't need to stream or be live or even go on YouTube, just produce video files where I write code or talk about computers as the maid puppet. I also need a voice changer or TTS so the maid puppet can talk.

What software do I need and who do I buy the maid puppet from?

the most popular app is vtube studio with a purchased live2d model from an artist. vroid studio is 3d and less common.
OBS is common streaming software not just for livestreaming, but also game and capture card input

You'd need some kind of model (I'm assuming thats what you mean by "puppet"), they can be 3D or Live2D.
Most people just stick to using Vtube studio for 2D and Vroid for 3D but there are other ways. Some people just PNGtube (literally just a picture in the corner of the screen, sometimes it animates when they talk). There's plenty of people online you can commission to make a model for you.

OBS is basically what everyone uses for streaming and recording. Nvidia graphics cards also have Shadowplay which you can use for very barebones recording.

I don't know personally where you'd find that, but some vtuber fans are fine with people with girl models sounding like dudes (they're called babiniku usually) but there are a few that do use TTS/voice changers so it isn't unheard of.
Also, if you do seriously want to learn more, go to the /asp/ thread. They probably know more than I do.

voice changers aren't at a good level yet, so its use isn't very widespread. male voices are more accepted these days compared to before. if you're committed to dragonmaid kayfabe, you might be better off dubbing the lines over with AI or TTS

Thank you for telling me. Since I do not need to be live, a TTS or AI would work well. Do you know any good ones? My normal voice would not be good as it is exceptionally deep and gravelly and would be off-putting coming from a maid with huge boobs.
