no you fucking retard. the problem is how vshojo does it. do you ever see them hire newcomers? trying to get smaller streamers a chance? no. they wait for niji or holo to hire people and get them numbers. then they try to take the boon by offering a safety net to them "hey dont worry if youre not doing great, dont try too hard to make it work, we'll pick you up if you leave" which is scummy as fuck. then theres the way they clearly alludes whos coming over to hype it up, because its all about the clout the hire brings THEM, not the other way around. vshojo needs to keep bringing in names in to stay relevant, and they try to pass it as them being the saviors of the industry. theyre a fucking cancer. its also pathetic how the overall numbers keep going down. the individual "talents" dont really have their own following, its all the same pool of twitch dwellers who watch them because "big numbers = good" and that pool seems to keep getting smaller
