I personally believe that Evil was a mistake, but he was always going to create more characters eventually for more variety and to appeal to a wider audience.
It's just unfortunate that drawing and rigging a new character from scratch is beyond his budget, or beyond the amount of time Anny is able to spend.

Honestly, getting into vshojo nowadays is kind of a nothingburguer, content wise, and even management wise.
Geega got into vshojo and she's still participating in her indie friend group activities (GirlsFC).
And VSJ management is very hands-off from what I've seen, they wouldn't even tard-wrangle vedal or force him to work (see veibae and pink cat lack of streams when they still where in VSJ, or Nazuna).

Realistically speaking nothing important would change besides getting a few more Concerned chats from VSJ normies, and the fear of collabing with froot (hopefully she hates AI since she's an artist so she never collabs with neuro).
