The fact that she wasn't going to celebrate her 2 million until Kiara convince her made it clear. There also other moments like when Ame brought up the fact that she is the 2nd most subscribed vtuber and Gura sort of froze up awkwardly show that she is uncomfortable talking about her numbers.
